what DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR TRAINER partnerS?

  • Extremely passionate about training and empowering others. Definitely not someone who thinks training is easy & doing it because other career opportunities has been a non-starter or limited.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience incl leadership roles with reputed brands and organizations
  • Corporate training experience or exposure to OB functions like HR, L&D, Training, Communications etc
  • Deep specialization in a specific domain like marketing, finance, supply chain, legal etc or a strong experience in a specific industry like retail, BFSI, FMCG etc
  • A minimum of 5 years of training experience with certifications from accredited training institutions or their affiliates
